The practice will be closed from 12.30pm on the following dates for training purposes and will re-open on the next working day.

diary_and_penA complaints leaflet is available at the front desk.  In the first instance please write to the practice manager who will undertake an investigation into your complaint.

Complaints will be acknowledged in writing within three working days, and we aim to give you a full explanation within 28 working days or inform you if any delay is anticipated.  You can also contact NHS England on 0300 311 22 33

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman website contains detailed information on raising a complaint about any aspect of the NHS in England. There is also a leaflet explaining the procedure of bringing a complaint to the ombudsman.
